WHO DO YOU MAKE PRODUCTS FOR?

We make products for a wide range of brand owners, ranging from large Australian and Multinational firms to Brands just starting out. Our customers are all protected by Non-disclosure confidentiality.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN GET SAMPLES?

First sample lead time is approximately 30 days and less, depending on raw material availability and details of the brief. 

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

MOQ is generally at least 5,000 and yes, we can manufacture to a lower MOQ with surcharges.

CAN YOU HELP US WITH FULL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, we can offer full service with packaging sourcing and logistic coordination.

DO YOU PROVIDE WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES?

Our warehouse is set up to hold packaging and corresponding finished product for short periods of time. We can recommend offsite storage facilities for your excess packaging and distribution services provider.

WILL MY FORMULATIONS BE UNIQUE TO ME?

Any formulations that we offer will be unique to you. If you provide us with formulations they will also be unique to you.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SAMPLES OR FOR FORMULATIONS?

We do charge a modest New Product Development Fee. Please contact us for more details.

AS A CONTRACT MANUFACTURER WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS CAN YOU FORMULATE AND MANUFACTURE?

We are a specialist in soap free bars (for body or hair) to help those with very sensitive skin. We also specialise in natural and custom formulation of a wide variety of products: Skincare and beauty care, Bath & body care, Fragrance (natural & perfume), Homecare and some coloured cosmetics. Baby care has become a speciality line for us, particularly for Asian markets, with completely natural, mild and gentle formulas.
